CEC ARTSLINK is an international arts service organization. Our program of cultural exchange sustains constructive, mutually beneficial relationships between the U.S. and the 27 countries of Central Europe, Russia and Eurasia.

We believe that the arts are a society’s most deliberate and complex means of communication, and that artists and those who work in the arts can help nations overcome long histories of reciprocal distrust and conflict.

ArtsLink Awards offer funding to artists and arts organizations for residencies and creative collaborations.

Jubilee Fellowships is a U.S. residency program for young, mid-career Russian arts managers.

Open World Cultural Leaders brings young professionals in the arts from Russia to the United States.

VisArt: Contemporary Issues in Arts and Culture
offers short residencies in the U.S., seminars and performances by well known U.S. artists.

VisArt Central Asia, for visual and performing artists in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and the Kirghiz Republic, offers U.S. residencies and workshops in contemporary arts.

CEC ArtsLink is recognized as an international resource for professional exchanges in the arts, thanks to our roster of artists and volunteer specialists; our experience in collaborating with arts organizations; our network of residency host sites in the United States; and our contacts in Russia, Eurasia and Central Europe.

One museum admission

Visual artists, curators and critics from Central Europe, Russia and Central Asia visit New York, but there's never enough time to see everything, whether they stay here for a week or 4 weeks. For many, this is a once in a lifetime opportunity, the realization of a dream, and a gift they will cherish forever. Your gift will provide museum admission for a visiting artist.

Build Art Libraries

Books and magazines

Books, magazines, CD's and DVD's are precious gifts for visual artists, arts schools and organizations in Central Asia. When we send American specialists to the region, we supply them with as many as they can carry. Your support for this gift will reach hundreds of students, teachers, curators, and aspiring artists.
