Problem

101,458 children attend primary school in Azua, but only 25% will go to secondary school. Children in Azua have very limited resources and schools don't provide them with the necessary teaching time, equipment and space for a proper education. Most children do to school only half a day. Casa Ana in Azua is expanding and we need to build more classrooms to provide the kids with their necessary space to come for tutoring.

The Gift

With 1000 USD Casa Ana will build a new classroom in our community center which is in Azua, Dominican Republic. Casa Ana was a simple home, which has been converted to a classroom/ community center. With additional funds it can be remodeled to serve more children, more effectively. With areas for computers, library/reading center, art area.
