Problem

Conflict in Darfur has chased 2 million people from their homes and killed 300,000. The fragmentation of rebel groups has dramatically altered the conflict, and the displaced people continue to languish in camps unprotected from violent attacks and increasingly cut off from essential services. In South Sudan, hundreds of thousands remain in the grip of one of the most severe humanitarian crises and must gain greater access to water, medical assistance, education and sustainable livelihoods.
