Protect Burmese
Support refugees
Problem
For decades, the Burmese military regime's repressive policies have displaced millions of people from their homes with severe humanitarian consequences in Burma and the wider region. 500,000 people are internally displaced, an estimated 3 million have fled to neighboring countries, and recent government crackdowns are causing more people to flee. Thailand and other countries in the region are straining to handle the Burmese exodus with heavily stretched economic and social infrastructures.
