Historically, we have managed the salaries of our professional staff from the ticket sales from our concerts. The San Francisco Bay Area, with all of its beauty, artistic and cultural offerings, is an expensive region and our professional staff salaries must reflect the market. We have had to increase our staffing budget stretching the organization requiring new sources of revenue beyond concert ticket sales.
