Run for the Kids
in Peachtree Road Race
Many children in Atlanta have nowhere to go after school, and their families cannot afford quality after-school care. The East Atlanta Kids Club provides recreation, tutoring, art enrichment, nutrition education, and mentors to more than 100 low-income youth each year, free of charge.
You can help raise money for the Kids Club by running or sponsoring our team in the Peachtree Road Race on July 4th. Make a donation now by clicking on the green icon below the photo. Or, create more donations and/or sign up to run with the Kids Club team by: 1. Run in the race and get sponsors for your run. Click on “Start a drive” & follow the easy steps. We're looking for 100 individuals or teams (groups of friends or co-workers) to raise $1,000 each (or, as much as you can) for the kids. 2. Be a Kids Club Team Fan. Start a Drive as described above or make a donation to Kids Club. 3. Run in the Road Race on the Kids Club Team – contact Dena Peake at firstname.lastname@example.org or 404-627-805 to register as a runner. Kids Club Team Benefits: Free pair of new running shoes to the 1st person to raise $1,000. Receive a Kids Club shirt to wear during the race. Team Party after the race one block from the finish line. Have Fun!
